I hope you had a wonderful celebration over the last week and that your new year is off to a really gentle peaceful start.

Yes, same to you. I think it's going to be a good year, right?

Yes, it is.

We wanted to talk about some just casual chatty things,

just things that have been on our mind, things

that we've been kind of reading and thinking about over the holiday break, and just kind of share with you guys some of the thoughts and things we've been thinking about as we prepare for a brand new year.

We're going into a universal year of eight,

which, yeah, the first time I said that to you,

Denise, you said, oh, that's a year of work which is true eight is a year of work it's it's

the year it's the number that most CEOs and US presidents have as their life path number

because eights do tend to work really really hard. But a universal year of eight

it's also about personal power. It's about embracing your self worth and recognizing that you have the right to raise your hand and say yes and stand up and step into your power. So I think it can be a

really good year when looked at from that perspective. Eight years are also about

investment so it's also going to be a great time Eight years are also about investment.
