0:44.4	Absolutely. I'm Nasser. Born and raised in Jersey. I've been in Charlotte, North Carolina,
0:51.4	since 2008. I've been involved in real estate since 2007.
0:55.8	I learned about creative real estate in 2010, then my first wholesale deal in 2011.
1:01.6	Got fired from my last job in September of 2012. I've been doing this business full time ever since.
1:08.5	So that's a quick bio on me, man. And so I am. There you go. Do you have
1:15.4	rentals too? Absolutely. Yeah. How many, God? You got a lot of rentals? I sold some. I was at 19. I
1:23.5	only got 15. That's good. Solid. I mean, it's good. But I bought, I bought some great stuff.

1:30.1	Like, because I've been doing it so long.
1:31.8	I'm 30, $45,000 stuff.
