It's important that everybody in the company understands that what we're doing is bigger than us.

It's actually selfish for you to keep somebody around when they're not doing a good job.

But the biggest struggle that I've had is having to break free of the mindset of if I want it done right, I have to do it myself.

But I try to look at myself not like a boss, but more like a coach.

You're not going to go out there and teach Michael Jordan how to play basketball better.

What you need to do is you need to trust that you have the right people

and you need to be able to help them use their talents that they already have

strategically in a way that's going to help the whole team.

It has to work where it has to work.
