that might have felt like, gosh, I'm the only one who's going through this. Nobody else understands.

Nobody else gets it. Being able to share and connect with them. And that's something that I talk about

in the book several times because when we're able to be vulnerable, it breaks through so many walls

of, I have it all together. I'm fine. I'm good. Those walls that we put up to protect ourselves,

they also isolate us. And when we really can get vulnerable about these things and talk about

these hard things, I mean, it just connects us and bonds us in ways that we never would have

otherwise.
