Hi and Michael Gonna. Good morning everybody. How are you doing? Doing good good we're all in black today unplanned I mean I'm

changing up with a deep charcoal gray oh I guess you are wearing charcoal gray

very dark gray.

But I think there's technically some not black material in that gray.

Love the color specificity.

I'm a bit speckled, charcoal. Technically it's a almost blue kind of black.

Well, we're not matching at all.

I mean it looks like we are on screen.

It's been good. It's been busy.

Going, watching some new stuff, went to an acrobatics class with a friend of mine so that was fun to try something new?

What moves did you learn? I don't know the names.

Oh, what can you describe them? I don't know how to do this. Like, you ran, you tumble. Yes, lots of tumbling, inverting and being very sore. I don't think I have felt my lats like this in a couple years.

It has been a recovery process.
