1:31.3	years anyway to right now I'm lined up to borrow $80,000 at a credit union
1:38.5	at 6.625 percent 30 year amortization but it's a balloon payment and the reason i went with
1:47.5	that is because i i can pay different amounts at different times because i make 30 to 50
1:54.4	thousand dollars extra approximately every year over my our our retirement. Our retirement income is 57, 35 a month.
