I'm your host Josie Van Dyke, and it's Trash Day. Welcome to a solo episode. I think I have the

most personal trash I've ever had for an episode. This last week has been insane. So much has happened, so much trash to take out. I am exhausted, but I am here because I love you with my whole heart and I want to take out my trash with you.

So let's just get right into it.

I want to start with last week because I haven't talked to you guys since then.

On Thursday I went to Tori Helford's launch for her Actusetware

and her Hydrodrug collab. for her

Acta set where and her Hydrojug collab so freaking cute it launches on the 21st I believe

it's the cutest pink and red and then like this white zip up that I absolutely love.

And funny story, a lot of people don't know this, but I've known Tori since I was like eight years old.

We played soccer

against each other and then we played soccer together when she joined

mine and Maddies because I know a lot of you guys know who Maddie is because I

talk about her a lot. She joined us our soccer team and we were probably in seventh

grade maybe. I can't remember. So I've known Tori for so long and it's so fun to be

able to like support each other through like these life changes and career goals and things like that.

So went to that at STK and it was so much fun getting to see everybody.

Me and Maddie sat across from Kaylee Monday and Camille Monday and I just love them. They're the funnest and we just

chatted had some good girl chat talked about all the things and it was so much fun and then I announced that

Aspen was coming on the podcast I had already recorded with her about two weeks ago
