months or so and once again they've dropped us a line.

And today's is sort of like an outdoor cooking type show.

And all of the guys, as I say, went through to our sessions and have now started to get the ball rolling.

And it's a great win that, even if it doesn't't go anywhere if you've started changing your thinking your

life will change it all starts with change your thinking to change your life there's there's no other way

of saying it it's the way it happens and the more positive and the more motivated and the more

you're willing to think outside the box, just things happen.
