But this, I was so excited when I thought about this topic

because this, especially lately, has been giving me so much life and has really shown a light in areas

and parts of my own belief system that was lacking a little bit that I needed to clean up

and since doing the work and like pursuing what

it is I'm going to be breaking down this episode, I've seen such a powerful shift in my own energy.

And I am noticing I kid you not real time results. It is the craziest thing. So super pumped about that. I decided to

keep this one a little bit shorter today because I'm in the process of preparing for our very

first client retreat that I'm hosting for my clients. We are going to Austin, Texas. I fly out

tomorrow. Me and Sarah, my ninja, we're flying out a day early to prepare, and we're hosting this

at Miraval, Austin. So Mirval is like this super fancy wellness resort. I went last year with Sarah

Dan, my then coach at the time, and it changed my life. I was like, I'm obsessed with this place.

It's such a vibe. It's so beautiful. It's going to be actually like a million degrees. It's fine.
