I didn't have purpose and so Bohoney gave me purpose and then ultra-running

has since given me purpose too because is that that's where I find that really it's black and

white on what I'm doing here and how I can most I talk about making the most of

each day like yesterday is like I can't make any better use of a day

than I did yesterday.

I think yeah any way we can push ourselves to try something new or be a little better.

I think ultra running is great for that.
