0:32.3	And you think, what is that all about let me tell you over here in first kings chapter
0:37.8	17 in verse one is where Elijah comes on the scene and it says in Elijah the tishbite who is of
0:46.1	the inhabitants of Gilead said unto ahab as the Lord God of Israel liveth
0:51.6	before whom I stand there shall not be due nor reign these
0:56.8	years but according to my word. You know that is amazing and if you were to go back into the previous chapter
1:06.2	Ahab and Jezeb were the kings and they had forbidden the worship of the God of
1:12.4	Israel. This was the God of Israel.
1:12.9	This was the nation of Israel, the Northern 10 tribes,
1:16.8	and Ahab and Jezeb had outlawed the worship of God,
1:22.3	the one who brought Israel out of Egypt and established this nation,
1:26.4	and they had turned it into bail worship and the worship of the groves.
1:30.8	And they had actually been killing anybody who would associate themselves with
1:36.8	God.
1:37.8	They'd been killing all of the ministers.
1:39.4	You know, we see a lot of opposition against Christianity in this nation today. I wouldn't have thought
1:44.6	that we'd see some of the things. I saw a thing that somebody wore a Jesus Saves t-shirt
