I'm good. Thanks. How about you? Better than I deserve. What's up in your world?

So I am the owner of a small business that manufactures tax economy supplies, and we're currently

doing $4.3 million a year in revenue with 26 employees.

And my question is, in order to expand the business and grow

should we acquire other sculptors

in our industry in the form of a merger

so you've got someone

that knows how to do taxonomy that's a one-man show

why would you have to acquire them

why don't you just hire them

in our industry if you show, why would you have to acquire them? Why don't you just hire them?

In our industry, if you excel at taxonomy, eventually you get into making the products that tax immer still use and consume. And eventually, that leads to where everybody's kind of like

me and we start our own business manufacturing, that kind of stuff.

And so it's difficult because there's multiple people out there that, you know, are doing kind of the same thing as us.
