plan, what are your key takeaways? Thank you, John. So it's fantastic to see the government

recognise the transformative potential of AI and support the adoption of AI across the country.

At Amazon Web Services, we share the government's vision. There are a couple of areas that caught my attention.

One of the core principles is be on the side of innovators.

It is so important.

And having worked in government previously myself,

actually, public sector really needs to consider itself is the innovator within all of this.

It's a cultural mind shift to make sure that everyone is working towards the same agenda.

The second is the approach to adopt scan, pilot and scale. The approach in government to pilot rapidly aligns very much with how we work with our customers.

But it is really hard. So the continual scanning, amazing, it's so necessary at a time where everyone is learning so much

and the market and industry is moving so quickly.

But it's also really hard for our public sector customers to then pilot and scale at the pace that the opportunity action plan sets out.
