whether by intent or by accident. My friend Brandon Maddox is one such. He's owner of Silencer Central and in my opinion the leading mover and

shaker in the suppressor world. Brandon's efforts in innovation and education and

in legislation make the world a better place for all of us

hunters and shooters. Now Brandon's been on the show before and always brings good info on the silencer scene, whether it's in product

development or trends, political, regulatory realms, or in simple straight

shooting information.

I think you're the bona fide genius in the suppressor world these days.

Now, you know, I think last time we talked I told the story of a pretty significant hunt I just had for a really big West Texas

mule deer old old buck with some gnarly unique characteristics in his antlers and the

banished backcountry suppressor that I used on that hunt. You've been in Africa

recently yes yes, correct. I want to hear about that. Where were you and what

species did you focus on hunting? Yeah, good question.

So, you know, last year I went to Anibia, so this year I went to South Africa and I went to the

southern tip of South Africa, Messina in Nerelimpo, is sort of the area.

But the species, you know, the whole, the whole hunt really was focused on the Cape

Buffalo,
