Food is as powerful as any medicine, according to a leading cardiologist.

by asking you about your opinion of this survey that was done recently by Tufts University that found that 90% of people that they surveyed across a wide swath of demographics truly believed that food is medicine.

It is, it is, and I'll tell you, because here's the thing,

it makes sense that people would really recall back in their true nature that food is medicine

because this is nothing that's new. We've reframed it in terms of this terminology of food
