Well, I think the topic of career change is, well, something I'm definitely excited to hear more about from you. The last few years have been nothing

but change. For so many of us, we've all had to adapt how we work, everyone's switched to hybrid.

We've kind of adopted it and I'm hearing a lot of people

that are very, very reluctant to return to the office, let alone to their original job. And I think

a lot of people are questioning their job role, their work lifestyle and maybe even reinventing

their entire career. Yeah, do you know, I think it's almost like COVID took a hand grenade and just

threw it into our lives in so many ways, but particularly in our working lives. And I think what's

happened now that we're coming out of it, people are looking at those pieces that have been blasted

by the hand grenade and trying to think, gosh, what does all this mean, all these little bits that my

life has sort of divided into?

What's that telling me about what I want next? And definitely I'm seeing that it's fast forwarded

that process for a lot of people of like, what is my life actually about? Am I enjoying what I'm doing?

Does it work for me? So so many questions that people have that they want help with.

Agreed. And I also think there's new options that people potentially before weren't available.

So I know somebody who actually runs a small business, well, I'd say small business.

They've probably got about 25 employees now.

So not that small.

And obviously during the pandemic, they switched to remote first.

And now they're really struggling to get people to come back.

And they're kind of, I guess, trying to explore. Actually, can we make it mandatory get people to come back and they're kind of I guess trying to explore
