So many people were like, have you checked out what this guy's doing?

He's eating nothing but meat.

And he's a doctor.

He's super healthy.

And I ran into this group of people online that were doing this all meat diet, and I thought they were nuts.

And then I went carnivore.

And when I was 50, I mean, it was like, I jumped up like 10, 15% of my power output.

Wow.

And I literally felt like I was 10 years younger. My digestion improved.

My long-standing tendonitis in my right knee, which I'd had for at least a decade,

just went away.

I got picked up on Rogan's podcast, and then every vegan on the planet sort of paid

me as enemy number one because I'm telling people that meat is not bad for you.

That's so cool. But you know,

you think about society as a whole today. We have a whole population of people that really can't do

anything. If you told them to run as fast as they could, they'd fall apart. Disease management. How do we

manage your disease? Not cure your disease. And the healthcare system clearly benefits from that. I don't think that's

conspiracy. I think that's just good business practice, to be honest. Well, this human pet chow isn't

real food, meat is real food, and this government paper isn't real money. Because I don't think

everybody needs to be on a cornerboard. Even though I advocate for it, I don't choose my meal based on

how many animals I think died. That's just a losing argument

because the answer is never going to be zero. I speak for the animals and I'm like, I don't know if you do.
