day to preview the Panthers. I'm gonna start with this one. I don't love

how Dave Canallis is in as the head coach and handled pre-season.

What do your take on him very likely not letting starters go in games?

Do you think it's going to slow down the development in the early

part of the season? Well, I think missing game one is not that big of a deal. They're

going to then do joint practices on Thursday with the Jets, which most coaches, especially the New Age ones, view those as a better environment for evaluation than preseason games because in preseason games you're going to do you know between

You know 10 and 20 reps whereas in training camp and joined practice you're probably going to do about 60 to 70 reps and so I think

the thought process with the first two preseason games they'll get the majority of their evaluation

through those first two I do think he needs to play the starters in one of the

preseason games which makes Buffalo a likely landing spot next week. But yeah, I mean this team was 2 and 15 last year. Well there's a lot of new

pieces it is logical to say hey they need as much work together as possible.

What's your sense on how the new staff has come in and is working with their

install specifically on the offensive side?

You sense a lot of difference to what we saw last year scheme wise?

Yeah, I mean it's still a pretty

not elementary offense but a you know traditional offense you're not going to see a lot of artistic stuff from this offense.

But I think what Canals has done is created a cheat sheet for his

quarterbacks. If you watch Baker Mayfield and Tampa Bay last year, you knew that he always knew where to go with the ball. That was the first time in his career where it felt like that. I think Bryce has opened up his throwing range, you know, a big criticism that I had and a lot of people had last year
