0:43.8	He's in a good mood. You can see why. Beautiful, ripe, red and yellow cashew fruit plucked and piled high,
0:51.8	ready to be husked, dried and eventually shelled to become the nuts that you and I might enjoy with our meal or a snack.

1:03.7	Yes.
1:04.6	So I never knew that.
1:06.3	It looks a bit like a eucalyptus or something.
1:09.1	It's maybe three, four metres high tree with these wide oval-shaped leaves.
