Ryakyo. The very first question I have been asked about what's going on with you is what are the

updates on the cases? Well, everything's moving pretty slow as it does in both civil and criminal

matters, I guess. We just had a hearing on the critical K lawsuit and we're waiting for the judge

to rule our motion for summary judgment or default judgment and we feel like we should hear something

in the next week or two. He was pretty clear that he was going to make a pretty quick

determination about that. We feel pretty good about that case. Karen Hacks did not show up to

Ford. So she wasn't there to defend any of her motions or anything that was kind of pending.

Karen Hacks gave us under, I guess, the name of critical K on I really don't know whether she's

still on Facebook or YouTube. She was initially she was on YouTube and she was a, I guess, content

creator on a lot of true crime type discussions and what she told my brother in a phone conversation

with the owner was that she had been approached and paid by that group of people or someone in

that group of people to basically say whatever they wanted her to say. And she, you know, I think

admitted that she did no investigation, no vetting of the information they gave her. She just kind of

spewed out whatever, you know, Frankie Wagner and Dylan Swarringen and the different people

told her and then it became as it progressed, it became more, more about attacking me that some

point Christian was even kind of forgotten and it became about attacking me, attacking my other
