Yeah, I'm good, brother. I'm good, yeah. Good to be you. Yeah, good to see you. Yeah, thank you. Doing God's work there. Met police over 20 years working some of the darkest stuff. Like stuff that human beings shouldn't be seeing working in child protection. You're not kind of catching pedophiles. The dark stuff, we know the corruption. We know the lenient entities in the UK is probably that's why it's a hub for majority of these people because it's a slap on the wrist. It's not like places like Russia or Australia where it can be life in prison. Some people do get life in prison, but not enough for my eyes. I think Russia, it's life in prison. And if you want any sort of parole, you've coming to castrated. I think Australia can't take their passports and can't travel.

The UK, we're talking community service, we're talking getting bail,

coming out to commit more crimes and yeah, very very lenient here, which we'll touch on.

But how are you?

Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. I've, you know, I've been out a couple of years now, sort of just

time to decompress. You know, I came out of 21 years. Everyone, you know, should be doing it, or the

aim is to do 30. But I just thought, you know, I mean, I ain't got another 10 years in a tank.

I ain't got another 10 years in a tank. So to myself you know I came out yeah good on you man no doubt

everything will then hit you probably worse because you're not keeping as active as you were

keeping busy and thinking you're doing the right things to then bang what was it all for so yeah we'll

get into all that but before we get into everything no i always like to go back to the start of my guests, get more of a bit of understanding about you, Paul, where you grew up at what all

began?

Sure, sure.

Before that, I'd just say, it's surreal because I'd say about five, six years ago, I used to

walk the dogs, right?
