I'm your host, Josh Dean, and it's hard to believe it's been more than three years since I brought you the story of Tony Hathaway and his son Connor.

Hooked is one of those projects that will always stick with me.

And the relationship I formed with Tony over three plus years continues to this day.

Tony and I don't talk nearly as often as we used to, but we still stay in touch.

And late last year, he reached out to me with some incredible news.

It looked like he was about to be hired back by Boeing.

A hire that would bring his story full circle, and in my opinion anyway, create the kind

of feel-good PR story that Boeing could

absolutely use right about now.

Unfortunately, the job fell through, and it nearly broke Tony.

Nearly.

But he hung on, as he always seems to do, and I was moved enough by this latest chapter

to want to share it with you.

So I asked Tony if he was up for recording a bonus episode of this show.

He was, unsurprisingly, happy to do it.

And I'm happy to share that conversation with you now here.

This is and will probably continue to be a developing story.
