was arrested. First for misleading police and second for the murder of his wife.

He pleaded not guilty in both cases, but the initial evidence seems damning.

case against Brian. Their biggest barrier remains the fact that they have not located a body.

have been faced with trying murder cases without a body, leading in the past to a plea deal
