0:29.8	Anna Walsh is a real estate executive and mother who went missing from her home in
0:33.6	Cahasset, Massachusetts early in the morning of January 1st. Last week, her husband Brian Walsh
0:39.0	was arrested. First for misleading police and second for the murder of his wife.
0:43.6	He pleaded not guilty in both cases, but the initial evidence seems damning.
0:48.1	Police are building their case around some very suspect Google searches.

0:58.4	that are our DNA match for Anna and Brian, including a hatchet, closed personal items belonging
1:04.6	to Anna, and a Tyvek suit that matches one he purchased at Home Depot the day after her
1:10.5	disappearance. This week, Anna's mother, Melanca Lubigic, put in a formal request
1:16.5	through the Serbian Embassy for any and all information relating to her daughter's case.
1:20.9	In an interview with local media, she said she couldn't believe that Brian would hurt her daughter,
1:25.6	even after he was arrested for doing exactly that. She said, I just hope that she is alive,
1:31.1	anywhere but alive. That is my only hope. Meanwhile, the prosecution is prepping for their
1:36.2	case against Brian. Their biggest barrier remains the fact that they have not located a body.
1:42.4	However, as the Boston Herald points out, three successive Norfolk County district attorneys
1:47.8	have been faced with trying murder cases without a body, leading in the past to a plea deal
