Today we're going to be talking about CB 0301.

If you don't know, it's a topical antandrogen currently in development and is probably

going to be the first topical antandrogen that actually gets approved for human use as a hair

loss prevention treatment.

The clinical data isn't overly impressive in terms of hair loss prevention,

but at the end of the day, having something to, you know,

work at an androgen receptor level on the scalp that has a minimal, you know,

side effect profile and can potentially

compete with all androgens, not just inhibit DHD systemically is probably one of the

best options we have right now in terms of efficacious treatments. So as far as how it compares

to traditional antineogens used topically, like RU 58841,

Spirinalactone and like other things like that, I have only really had success with RU in terms of topical antandrogens.

Granted, I haven't gone and tried things like topical bichaludamide.

Potentially even like topical sarms may even have some sort of competitive effect at the AR

via the same mechanism. You just need the right vehicle. But as far as comparing CB to

RU, anecdotally, the side effect profile doesn't seem to be too different,

nor do the outcomes I don't feel like are better. So at best, they're equivalent to that of RU,

but with the benefit of more safety data on humans and it's being like actually

pushed through into approval. So obviously that is more it's promising knowing that it's actually

you know being approved by that. Well, it hasn't yet been but probably going to be approved by the
