Barr says it's a "false narrative" to say "police are on some epidemic of shooting unarmed Black men." Biden calls for officer involved in Jacob Blake shooting to be charged as he is meeting with the Blake family tomorrow in Kenosha. Biden says Trump "keeps throwing gasoline on the fire."
