We’re afraid to tell others what they need to do. We’re afraid to tell others to step up and stop being lazy, stop being a clock puncher, stop being average!
LESSONS:
There is nothing wrong with telling others that the standard of excellence is NOT being met by them. Tell them to step it up and tell them how to do it!
Challenging others might be scary at first, but you will be helping the individual and yourself by expressing why you are demanding excellence.
You have achieved more in your life by pushing yourself. Perhaps a Coach or mentor pushed you as well. Someone is waiting for you to push them!

0:52.0 | Then you caused us to lose money because we had to get debt collectors to chase you down. |
0:56.0 | You quit and bailed out on something and here you are, you want me to give you a job. |
1:01.0 | And they were really getting into it with this young kid pushing him and |
1:06.3 | what was awesome was the kid did not back down. |
1:09.1 | He took ownership over the mistake that he made. |
1:12.2 | He took ownership over how he's going to change what he has changed and why he's going to be somebody reliable and in that moment I realized, the owner of that company said everything that was in his heart and on his mind. I mean, they ripped into this kid. |
