This is just a brief year-end greeting to express our appreciation to our listeners, guests, and sponsors.

And we hope you're enjoying the holidays with friends and family and Ian, what's the best part of the holidays for you?

For me, it's a chance to reflect on what the year did for me and for others,

and also to really feel gratitude that I'm still in the game and hopefully many of you are still in the game and look forward to always learning more from others sharing their experiences on the

podcast that's been valuable for me and I hope it's been valuable for all of you.

Yeah and for me as just you know being able to slow down and take it easy towards the end of the year.

Especially in my case, you know with my family staying with us for the holidays.

It's a great opportunity for me to be present, to be more present, because you know how

being present can be the hardest things to do to just you know even put down our phones

for just 55 minutes straight can be so challenging

but I learned that just the simple act of being present can be the greatest

gift that you can give to those around you that you care about.

And it's a gift to yourself too.

Well, Ian, I've had a blast this year, co-hosting with you and really appreciate you and I'm truly excited about

2024.

Yeah, thank you Tessa. Yeah, 2023 was quite fun diving into the minds of different traders, you know, hearing both great

victories and tragedies in their trading performance, and I look forward to upcoming interviews as well.

We've got some interesting people on deck for 2024.

So definitely would love to see more of you in the community sharing your ideas and look forward to

connecting with all of you in there as well. Yes we want to give this shout out to our
