How are you today?

I hope that your day has been going well so far,

and I'm catching you in an okay moment.

Because honestly, I'm feeling pretty good. I've had a very exciting

couple of days. In fact, today was particularly wonderful, and I'd like to tell you about it. Before I do,

though, there was these two other things that I had in mind to mention this week.

And I want to mention them before I get into the other stuff.

The first thing is, if you haven't listened to the ESPN podcast series on Beagram,

you might go check that out.

And Andrea from Yoga Land was on the podcast last week. She had the woman who did that story for ESP on her podcast as well. And I just want to say that I found it as mind-blowing as I

found Wild Wild Country, the documentary on OSHA, which we talked about on the podcast too,

in the sense that hot yoga,

this thing that has this global reach that so many people do,

it is fundamentally originating from a con. And there's another way to say it.

I mean, I always thought that Beekram seemed like a shister. I remember seeing this picture

of him sitting on a Rolls voice one time. I was like, that guy? But his reach, and he's still out there people still do trainings with him and the fact

that there's people out there with yoga centers with his name on it still i just think it's crazy

we had this whole month on the podcast talking about the ashtanga community and how they're going to

reckon the sexual assaults
