I was inspired to talk about this by a quote I saw from one of my favorite authors,

And I think sometimes with anxiety we have this feeling and these thoughts that, know were a burden we're not operating efficiently

It's affecting our family it's affecting our work and then other anxieties come that people are going to get

Sick of us or we might lose our job and we just want it to stop.

So then we might think, you know, if I could take something or do something to just make it stop,

but it really doesn't work like that but gentleness is a great
