Hi, thank you, Mike.

Do you know, I've been speaking to you for about 90 seconds before we started rolling and when I was doing the intro I felt like I had more of my New Jersey accent.

Does it come back? I know. How do I not? Only when I talk to you. How have I not lost it yet? I've been in Los Angeles now for almost 20 years. And my long-island accent just won't go away on certain words.

I think it's almost every word.

Yeah, well I must admit that I do put it on a little bit sometimes.

But there are times where I'm trying to lose it

and there are certain words I just can't say.

I assumed it was like a willful decision that you made because I made the decision when I was still

living in New Jersey to not have a New Jersey accent and I like to tell myself that I haven't sold out as badly as I did.

Right. My parents sent me a VHS tape of me at Yankee Stadium in 1988 where they'd let you if you

paid 30 bucks like pretend to be Phil Rizzuto for a half an inning and I'm just in what like in the booth? Yeah, they had a little booth set up for kids to go in there and I'm like

Alvero Espinoza told I didn't talk like a. I can't even do my own Jersey accent anymore, but I was surprised to go back and see how thick it was.

Oh, it's amazing because you know, back in those days we used to make those big VHS tapes, you know, movies all time down in my basement and stuff.
