Who do you want to be on the other side of this? Do you want to wonder or do you want to know that you did it?

I think that's the best feeling that you persevered

through what you persevered through and live that. You know that that's the story and

that's the choices you made every day to continue to be and be tugged and pulled along by this person right now sitting here knowing you've done it versus the other person who is there present right away

sitting you can get out now. You have plenty of reasons why you probably could figure out a way to come back and do it again more prepared but I'm here now and that's what I think is beautiful.

2020 is just relentless, isn't it?

On top of all the obvious stuff going on,

from pandemic to protests.

Now most of the West Coast is currently involved in smoke due to the wildfires that are

ravaging our natural landscape.

Acres are being burnt. Homes and at times lives are being lost.

Firefighters and various first responders are during their darndes to combat the

blazes so I just want to shout them out my thoughts are definitely

with them and with you if you are among the thousands affected currently but

before California was on fire, we were reasonably free to adventure and that is the focus of my conversation in today's

podcast with Chris Hout.

If you do not know Chris, he is a former Olympic swimmer he's a super accomplished athlete with a win at

Cordellain in 2006
