It was the night before Christmas when all through the house not a creature was stirring,

not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there. The children

would nestled all snug in their beds while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads, and

mama in her kerchief and I in my cap had just settled our brains for a long winter's nap

when out on the lawn there arose such a clatter I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.

Hello and welcome to this year's Christmas Campfire 2023 edition. As always, thank you so much to everyone that

emailed in to submit stories. There was loads again this year. We've got a bumper edition. I'm going to definitely going to be two

episodes worth so I'm going to release one now obviously Christmas Eve and the other one I

think is going to be Boxing Day which is for those who don't have Boxing Day, would be the 26th of December, the day after Christmas.

As always, I won't have written back to any of you that email me just yet.

I tend to, like reading the emails,

I just save them all up and read them all in one go.

It's kind of like an event in itself for me like I'm running up to Christmas something that I like to just sit down and do one evening

So yeah, I will email you back just you know say thank you or address any questions you might have had in your original email

you know after this episode's gone out so yeah thank you thank you so much for writing in and

yeah the funny thing I found this year was the amount of people that

emailed me calling me Ben as always which has made me realize that I often say

that when I start the episodes right and I didn't never really

sort of clocked on to that before but yeah apparently I that's a thing so I'm not

sure if I should stop doing it or not now. I feel slightly

self-conscious but I think I'll just continue to do my introductions
