I did something that required, not a monumental amount of effort,

but a pretty decent amount of effort this morning

in an effort to be, like, maybe a little less anxious or maybe not like have to take like a violent poop later.

I did not allow coffee to be the first thing I put in my stomach this morning.

I don't drink coffee.

I was like, drink your water and I was like, put a layer in your stomach and I am not hungry when I wake up. I'm not hungry for a while in the morning

and I was just like I need something and I went to the cupboard and there were these like

lentil crackers but I think have like curry powder on them and I was like whatever

whatever people eat these things so I just ate like two and I was like this is horrible

to be like the first thing and then so I heard my mom in my head like have a banana so I ate a

banana and I drank some water and now I'm gonna have right now my first sip of
