Hello, I'm Carried Lloyd. You may know me as the host of The Griefcast, and I want to let you know that I have written a book.

It's called You Are Not Alone and it's out now.

It's inspired by all my conversations I've had on the grief cast and some of my

incredible guests including Philippa Perry Reverend Richard Coals, Nish Kumar and

Mariankees. It is a book about life, it's a book about death, and it's a book to say again and again in grief, you are not alone.
