What happens when you're ambitious to an extreme

is you begin to sacrifice some of the most important things,

such as your prayer life, your Bible reading,

you begin to sacrifice fellowship with the right believers.

I think when you do that, that's not self-care.

That's reckless ambition.

You know, I would say over my 30 years of convoy of Hope

in the early days, I was so focused on building a ministry

that I was sacrificing things that ultimately led to heart problem.
