I'm going to talk about that, but we're doing this episode because we want to take you behind the scenes on something brand new that I have just launched this month called the Art of Leadership Academy.

And I'm excited to tell you about it.

And Randall's kind of an alumni of a beta that I ran called Leader Circle.

So for those of you who love creating products, for those of you who love creating things for leaders, this is a bit of a behind the scenes.

And for those of you who maybe aren't in the academy yet, and there are many, many leaders joining up, you'll find out what it's about.

And then for those of you who might like to be in it or already in it, you're going to get a behind the scenes tour.

So we're going to talk about that.

So what is before I introduce Randall, the Art of Leadership Academy?

So we did, we've been working on this for about six months.

In fact, my staff, we went away last fall, fall of 2021, and we thought, how can we serve leaders better?

And we realized that what we were doing was getting great results.

But you know, the leadership principle here is we could see that, okay, we're hitting a little bit of a flatter curve here.

Is there a better way to serve leaders?

So we looked at everything that we were doing.

And the model that I've had, well, really since I started everything is, most of what we do is free.

And the little bit that's paid, you know, it takes care of all the costs and everything.
