Emmy-winning journalist and host of CNN's

Aaron Burnett Outfront. Aaron didn't grow up thinking she'd be a well-known broadcast journalist,

which she definitely is. Right after college, she worked at Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst,

but a bold letter to a CNN host led to an unexpected career shift for her. Aaron asked to the then

host of CNN's Moneyline, Willow Bay, to learn about her career. At the time, Willow was out of an

assistant and needed help, so she hired Aaron, who worked her way up to being a writer and booker

for the program. After CNN, Aaron worked at Bloomberg and later

CNBC, where she hosted programs like street signs and squawk on the street with Mark Keynes.

But in 2011, CNN brought her back to host her own primetime program called Aaron Burnett

Outfront. For the past decade and a half, Aaron has reported from both the

broadcast studio and on the ground covering breaking news stories. And if you want to catch her at work,
