As ever, I'm Paul, the host and true crime enthusiast of the title, and as we always start, it's with a big thank you to you guys for joining me. I do hope you're all well, and if you aren't, then I hope you are soon. I've had a busy week here at the podcast and as I explained
0:22.9	last week this week is another instance where I have chopped and changed the running order of episodes.
0:28.8	The case this week, although it's a fascinating one, is groundbreaking and one I would imagine
0:34.4	any student of true crime to if not be be very familiar with, then to at least
0:39.2	have heard of. As a result, it's a case I wouldn't normally have covered, but it's been
0:44.0	topical of late and has been in the news, and after some online discussions in the past week,
0:49.1	and the realisation that the anniversary of where it all started is exactly 34 years ago this very day, the 21st of
0:57.2	November, I felt compelled to research, write and put out an episode for the anniversary.
1:02.4	So as I have changed the episode intended for this week and wrote a different one, I am a couple
1:07.4	ahead, and next week will be the case from the True Crime Enth enthusiast blog archives that I hinted about on last week's episode.
1:15.0	And it's a shocking case, so please be warned.
1:17.8	As I'm ahead, it gives me ample time to put the research in and write up a two-part episode that will be coming up soon concerning a case from the UK that is, as usual, an overlooked one.
1:28.5	And it's a fascinating case also.
