I just got some texts from my wife and I did I've decided it's the year of

kindness in my family I think I've talked about this in the podcast before because I feel

and by the way Joffi I think you can probably appreciate this

given some of your hot Twitter takes and just so you know on the show we're going to talk a lot about

college basketball but I got a couple things I get out want to get out of the way and related to college basketball, related
