You are, by the way, I think in two separate services, and you'll correct me, you're both

a major in one service and a colonel in another, correct?

So I retired from active duty after 25 years in the U.S. Army as a major, an amazing career. And then after I retired, I went into

more service with the California State Guard and became a full bird colonel in that. So it's not

separate services. It's just different types of, I guess, statuses. Got it. And you both had, so my understanding is if you're, if you don't go down the, you know, the officer track, you know, you start as private, go up.

And I think the highest rank there is Sergeant Major.
