Here we have the golden rule.

The Sermon on the Mount is one of the most densely packed three chapters in all of Holy Writ.

As an added bonus, when the Lord visited his other sheep in the ancient Americas,

one of the first things he did was give the same sermon on the mount text with some

additional insights. When the Lord purposely repeats something, I think he really wants our attention.

Now before we get into this week's lesson,

let me just remind you that we have this beautiful church history calendar

This is where the Sacred Grove is. This is where Moroni came to the Prophet Joseph. This is where the Smith

family lived for a number of years and where the translation of the Book of Mormon began. And so it is a wonderful sacred place and this will bring the

spirit of the new curriculum for church history this next year into your home.

Marien, let's talk briefly about the temple at Bountiful. That very special place where the Lord Jesus Christ came to visit

the Nephites after his ascension into heaven. We know that this place, this temple, was a place of gathering but how did the people know to come
