Craig Brewer's sequel, the 1988 comedy classic lives in fear of bespurching its predecessor,

so it does nothing new. The only aspect of the film that really strikes the right balance

to the past and present is Ruth E. Carter's costume design. Let's see some Clarice

all have seen by now. I mean, this is one of the biggest movies of the year, and once again,

thanks to the entire team there for getting us Louis Anderson and Jermaine Fowler. Both

Coming to America, the number one stream movie of the weekend, obviously, but the number

one opening weekend of any other streaming movie in 2021 thus far, okay, we're only a

couple months in. But how about this? The number one opening weekend of any streaming

movie in the past 12 months, that's post-COVID-theater closure. So that's big time news. Amazon

studios collaborating with Nigerian and South African local distributors making the film

available in theaters nationwide in both of those countries. It's number one in Nigeria

and West Africa, where it is the biggest March opening for a film since Black Panther in

2018. In South Africa, the film achieved the highest opening for 2021 to date, putting

it currently at number one in that country. So clearly a global enterprise. In addition

to that, we're going to review the Mauritanian of film which created some buzz because Jody

Foster, one of the best supporting actress, Golden Globe, also stars to Harrahim, who is

nominated for Best Act of the Golden Globes, Shanley and Woodley, Benedict Cumberbatch, and
