by 4 days. So 4x4 by 96. So 4 miles and jeans. I'm down on that part. So it was I've had so many

people over the years say, oh, you should do the 4x4x48, but I see the value in that being a really

good entry point for people that might not have experience with altruists to experience some of the

sleep deprivation, discipline, demand and fatigue that comes with it without having to have the

conditioning to run the 48 miles in the first place. So for me, it's never really been something

that appeals to me because I've kind of experienced that through doing the altruists. So obviously,

double it. I double things now. That seems to be the way I approach things because, yeah,

double eye and man distance triathlon and now doubling the 4x4x48. But it was good because I got

to experience the demands that go with it so that when people ask me, how can I prepare for this?

I've been through it. And then I've been through it again with the compounding effect of having

one in front of the other. So I think for anyone that's keen to do it, it's something I definitely

recommend, but don't expect it to be like an ultra would be because it's not. It's an exercise in
