Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Niagara again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

I always try to make it a priority to start each episode with appreciation and gratitude for all the followers that we have here in the United States.

Internationally, it's a really cool and fun experience to be able to talk to

people from different parts of the world. And, um, as I've learned at my own journey through,

through doing this, uh, the similarities that, uh, when it pertains to mental health are

fairly consistent, populations, across

genders, across ethnicities. And it really kind of makes me, you know, really kind of adhere to

perspective that I think we do have much more in common

in terms of more similarities than differences. But mental health is a real and viable thing

and something that I am grateful to be able to work with on a daily basis.

It is a true passion of mine.

I'm very blessed that I never feel like I'm working, despite how much I work.

It's something that is consistent with my personality.

And I'm grateful that we were able to take this to a larger audience and really provide the best information to education I have about mental health.
