If you become the Democratic nominee, you will be facing off against Senator Ted Cruz.

Why are you the guy to beat him?

Well, listen, I think that Texans know that we can't afford six more years of Ted Cruz in the Senate,

and Americans should know that we can't afford six more years of Ted Cruz in the Senate.

He's our problem, but he's also the country's problem.

And we know that he's only looking out for himself here in Texas.

Everybody knows that about him.

Ted Cruz is on Team Ted.

You know, I have a very different story.

One that's been, was based in it being raised by a single mother who was a public school teacher and having to rely on my community.

You know, my teachers and my coaches, my local YMCA to kind of chase my version of the American Dream.
