has really been so helpful for me over, I mean, just the past, I'm at eight, nine months,

I would say, has been like immensely, immensely helpful to me. So I just really wanted to say thank you.

Because grief has not talked about enough. I mean, I'm talking about it so much in the podcast

lately. But it's such a universal thing. Like we're all going to have to experience it at some point,

but no one talks about it. And then it's the most, it's the most universal feeling,

but it's also the most isolating feeling, which I think is kind of crazy.

I am so glad you put it that way because it is so true, and it's something that I'd never really

experienced before, and you then think about everyone's going to have to go through this at some point.
