1:18.8	And many may recall, this was the last scare that we had in this country was the 9-11
1:27.8	scare the terrorism crisis that we had. And shortly after that they launched these anthrax spores, which you had quite a bit of experience with. So, and as a result of that and I would definitely want you to relate the details because many of our memories are faded on it's almost two decades ago now
1:49.3	But as a result of that crisis, one of the most severe compromises of our personal freedoms
1:59.4	were initiated with the Patriot Act.
