Big difficulty I suppose was trying to make sense of life, like you know, trying to integrate and I suppose we didn't really get a lot of psychological support at the time and yeah it wasn't really I I floated through life being rather disconnected and yeah with a sense of just numbness maybe a degree of numbness and not being able to feel myself and others as well.

And also a a sense of just depression and a sense of hopelessness like you know
