MUSIC Riot Fest just announced the lineup for its 20th anniversary, with Green Day, Blink-182, and Weezer as headliners.  The festival will go down September 19th to the 21st at Douglass Park in Chicago.            311 singer Nick Hexum has released his second EP in two months.
