Hey, welcome. I'm really glad you're here, and it's always a pleasure to be with you. So I'm recording a little late in the week. It's Friday afternoon. I usually like to do this much earlier, but I'm coming off of an epic, I don't know, allergy attack, cold. I completely lost my voice Sunday night and it's been slowly coming back. I've been up most of each night coughing and I'm finally making some real progress, but I know my voice is at least a little bit weird. So if it sounds different today, that's

exactly the reason why. I can edit out all of the coughing that's going to happen over the next

20 minutes, but I can't make my voice sound normal. I am feeling a ton better today, so prayers are

appreciated, but things are already headed the right direction. We've actually got a friend coming in

to preach a gospel meeting here starting on Sunday. So other than last Wednesday night's class where I just destroyed it with my

coughing fits, I am fortunately in a little stretch where I don't have to do public teaching, so that's

really great. Should be good to go by the next weekend. But I will say just to share more personal

information you didn't ask about, I am glad to

feel better today because tonight's a really big deal for our family. I told you before, my daughter

Hannah is pregnant with her first child, and she's due on her birthday, April the 21st, and

tonight family on both sides are gathering for the big gender reveal. It'll be my first time to

experience that as a

grandpa. I'm still working on names. K-pa is in the lead, but we'll see how it goes. But I say that

to add that I really would love it if you would pray for her. She's been pretty sick through this

first trimester, and we just want everybody to be okay. Okay, enough about my side of the microphone.
